The delivery driver was an absolute star. What a guy! I could have ordered a bag of s***e and I would still of been happy with his service.

Ordered a bed I put the correct details in but for some odd reason when I ordered it was going to be sent to my old address I called on the Monday after ordering on a Saturday and explained and was assured that my parcel was going to be returned to home detail for the courier and I would receive a refund BUT the never happened and my £130 delivery was sent out anyway and now I’ve lost my money And lost my bed due to the people living at that address accepting the delivery and refusing to give it back when the courier went back for it 3 time. Home detail customer services have been absolutely shocking and basically refused to give me a refund. I have called about 10 times to try and sort this issue and just get basically fobbed off. I will never ever order from here again.
£130 out of pocket and my child is without a bed.

Bought a sofa bed in early January and after a couple of uses, one sprung leg which supports head part came away and held in by pins so quality of product is appalling and requested money back to which they will only offer partial or replacement part, but if you seen the leg section that fell off please tell me how to fit a replacement !! Never seen such bad quality furniture.

From order to delivery was 4days. They kept me up to date at all times with delivery details through, emai and telephone calls. Wouldnt hesitate to order from this company again

Item is fabulous and customer service was exceptional.

Delivered promptly on date expected.chair was partially built so very easy to fully assemble .as I have petite frame I found chair very comfortable and supportive for my back .lovely tartan shade and well worth the money I paid.

The delievery man left the parcel outside the building making it easier for theft and could not deliever it upstairs. Even when he called me to come collect he left with that same second not ensuring the product was left in a safe place.

So helpful and responsive . Dealt with my problem very well. Will order from here again and recommend to anyone! Thank you

Great selection of sofas, contemporary designs at brilliant price, and a very easy to use website. I had a problem trying to get the pay with Klarna option at check out so ended up having to sign in as guest to make that option appear. Follow up delivery date still hasn’t arrived except for some enigmatic emails from Tuffnells.

Great company, needs to tidy up its admin a bit. Defo recommend though.

Terrible. Has taken me more than a month to get my bed after the repeatedly changing stories about the delay. Still haven’t got it. Courier produced fake signature pretending the bed was delivered. Then they promised a new delivery date which they missed. Then said the bed was lost. Finally agreed to deliver a replacement but wouldn’t be flexible to accommodate delivery time requested. Generally poor customer service. Wouldn’t buy a thing again.

The item I bought is fine, no issues at all. The company is beyond annoying with the constant push emails demanding a product and service review. It’s beyond annoying!

We purchased two of the white pine sleigh style single beds. Everything about these beds was really good:
Price in the sale (unmatchable to other suppliers)
Quality - very well made
Communication- updates every step of the delivery process
Delivery- prompt and professional
I would highly recommend.
